Arizona State 2nd Vice President
Andre Miller
Pastor Andre N. Miller, Sr. is a veteran of the U.S. Army and native of Detroit Michigan. He has attended Rio Salado Community College, Grand Canyon University and Lancaster Bible College.
Pastor Andre was the first African-American police chaplain for the Apache Junction Police department. Pastor Andre is a leader who believes in leading by honest example, strongly embracing all individuals without prejudices, and being a powerful and proactive leader in the church and in the community.
Arizona State 3rd Vice President
Ben Rundall, J.D.
Ben has built his career as an attorney representing individuals, tribal entities, and businesses in large cases against powerful actors, including government entities. He has extensive experience litigating cases in the State, Tribal, and Federal courts of Arizona and has also led cases on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and United States Supreme Court. Benjamin’s work focuses on patterns and practices by governmental entities resulting in constitutional deprivations and general/commercial civil litigation work.

Rachel Barnett
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Rachel relocated to Arizona in 2019. Rachel is a graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelors of Psychology and Grand Canyon University where she obtained her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. Rachel has worked for seventeen years in underserved communities as a Behavioral Health Therapist, providing Culturally Competent and Trauma-Informed Care to her clients. Within her community, Rachel was elected to the Littleton Elementary SD as a Governing Board Member in 2022. Rachel also serves as a Speaker for ACESDV (Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence), is on the Legislative Committee of CSSJ and was appointed to the SAC (Survivor Advisory Committee) of FinAbility, empowering survivors of Domestic Violence to achieve financial stability, independence and long-term growth. Rachel is mother to five sons and one daughter and resides in Avondale, AZ.

Armonee Jackson
Armonee’s passion for social justice and advocacy is proven by her extensive background in organizing. Armonee has served as the President of the NAACP Arizona State Conference Youth and College and an appointed member of the NAACP National Youth Works Committee. Armonee has served as a fellow for Black Women Organized for Political Action and so much more. Within all of organizing and leadership capacities, she has had the pleasure of expanding her leadership skills and social justice knowledge.

Reshauna Striggles
Reshauna, Brand Strategist and Founder of MSNEWSWORTHY.COM, is dedicated not only to brand success but also to social equity. With a strong commitment to activism, she champions causes that uplift marginalized communities. Recently appointed as the new Housing Chair for the Arizona State Conference NAACP, Reshauna will utilize her skills in PR and brand strategy to advocate for affordable housing, fair housing policies, and community empowerment. Through her role, she aims to bring about positive change, ensuring that everyone has access to safe and affordable housing options. Join Reshauna in her mission to drive social equity and create a better future for all.

Iisha Graves
Mrs. Graves works with community leaders, elected officials, companies and organizations across the Nation providing tailored facilitation, training, and consulting. She adds impactful insight to any strategic plan for those seeking to increase equity, diversity and inclusion. She also works with individuals and groups seeking direction through one-one-one training or conferences and workshops promoting self-growth, self-help and lifelong change in personal care.

Shannon Hayes
Shannon Hayes is a passionate advocate for education equity, dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers and ensuring equal opportunities for all students. With a deep understanding of the impact of educational disparities on marginalized communities, Shannon has become a prominent voice in the fight for equitable access to quality education. Through advocacy and collaboration with educators, policymakers, and community leaders, she strives to create safe and supportive and equitable learning environments for all of Arizona’s students.

Rev. Raymond Forte
Raymond Forte, a seasoned musician and music director with over 20 years of experience, brings joy and inspiration to congregations through his musical talents. Alongside his musical pursuits, he's also an accomplished author, publishing "Maximizing Mentally" in April 2020, showcasing his commitment to personal development.
Moreover, Raymond's community service includes serving as Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Church PHX from November 2021 to June 30, 2024, fostering unity and purpose among parishioners. Additionally, as the Religious Chair for the NAACP AZ State Conference, Raymond champions equality and justice, utilizing his platform for positive change. Through Raymond Forte Enterprises, LLC, based in Phoenix, AZ, he specializes in music, media, and ministry, collaborating with notable clients such as Tera Carissa Hodges, while finding fulfillment as a dedicated parent.
